Factory and machine inspection is the on-site watching of whether the ordered machine matches the agreed scope before shipment. China Desk TR coordinates the visit and the frame of the report. The person who runs the test may be the manufacturer’s technician or a controller agreed separately. The report does not guarantee that the machine will run without trouble in Türkiye.
It is for buyers whose order has been placed or is about to be placed, especially for a one-off CNC machine, a custom line or high-value equipment. The same scope may not be needed for a standard spare part in a catalogue. Inspection does not replace a company check. Identity is reviewed separately from the condition of the machine on that day.
The customer is asked for the order or proforma, the technical list, the factory address, a contact and the power on which the test will be run. The result can be an inspection note with photographs and a list of deviations. The note does not replace a customs conformity document or a CE declaration. Shipment is not recommended on a conditional acceptance before it is written who will correct it and who pays for a repeat check.
Which dimension, which test and which photograph are required are written from the order text.
The check is limited to the manufacturer’s permission and the area that can be reached.
Items that match, that do not match and that could not be seen are written separately.
