How do I request a machinery quote?
Use Request a quote on the listing detail page. Sign in, complete your buyer profile, and enter quantity, delivery and requirements. Track the record under My quote requests.
Is a listing ID required for a service request?
No. Leave it blank for consulting requests unrelated to a listing. To link a listing, use the ID shown on its detail page, not a machine type or category name such as CNC.
Can I post a listing with a buyer account?
Only China-based manufacturers and suppliers can publish listings. Turkish buyer accounts can request machinery and quotes.
Where can I see replies?
Seller replies appear under My quote requests; consultant replies under My service requests. Saving a request does not mean an automatic email was sent.
