Incentive assessment
An incentive assessment is a preliminary reading, from the file, of which support heading an investment might touch. The investment incentive certificate, KOSGEB, IPARD and the other windows are not the same thing. The detailed rules stay in the incentive guides. This page does not repeat them. China Desk TR does not issue a certificate and does not say that support will be won.
Who it is for and what is coordinated
It is for businesses that want to buy a CNC machine or a line from China and connect it to an investment in Türkiye. China Desk TR places the investment subject, the machinery list and which guide should be read side by side. It does not approve the application on E-TUYS in the investor’s name. It does not award a KOSGEB or TKDK score.
The process, the documents and the risk
The customer is asked for the activity, the place of investment, whether the machine is a new investment or a capacity increase, and the proforma. The result can be a preliminary note of which guide and which institution to read. The risk of spending before the certificate is described in the relevant guide. Writing the same invoice into two programmes is often prohibited. China Desk TR does not present this note as a ministry letter.
How is a request opened?
On the form the service is “Incentive assessment”. An institution’s decision in the guide does not change with this request.
