Does loading inspection repeat the test?
No. The running test belongs to factory inspection. Here the match of the package and the documents is watched.

Loading inspection
Loading inspection watches whether the packing list, the quantity, the securing and the documents describe the same shipment before the machine leaves the factory. It is not a repeat of the factory test. Damage or a shortage should be recorded at loading if it will not be visible on arrival.
Who it is for and China Desk TR’s role
It is for machine buyers who have a container or vehicle loading. China Desk TR coordinates the checklist and the report reaching the buyer. The warehouse or forwarder staff who actually load are not China Desk TR employees. A customs broker does not approve a declaration at this stage either. The inspection note does not remove the carrier’s liability for damage.
Stages, documents and risk
The customer is asked for the current packing list, the loading address, the date and a contact. The result can be a loading note with photographs. After the container is closed it is often impossible to see the inside again. The note should therefore be shared before the doors close. China Desk TR does not calculate the freight or the customs duty in this note.

The number of packages, dimensions, weight and serial number are matched to the order.
Loading
Securing, oil leaks, missing parts and the container number are photographed.
The record
If the packing list contradicts the photographs, a recommendation to stop the shipment is written.
