Turkish Buyer Membership Terms
This is the buyer annex to the Terms of Use. In a conflict, the Terms and the KVKK notice prevail.
1. Parties and role
Platform / brand: China Desk TR.

A Turkish buyer account (country: TR) is for reviewing machinery listings, creating machinery and quote requests, and in-platform messaging. Buyers cannot publish listings. There is no individual-seller listing. This version has no live online payment or paid membership.
2. Account and accuracy
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, e-mail and country given at registration. The account is not activated until e-mail is verified. Phone is optional; if given it is stored. There is no SMS verification.
3. Requests and sharing of contact details
Name, e-mail, phone and message you enter on a machinery or quote request may be shared with the relevant Chinese listing owner to perform the service. That is a transfer to a counterparty abroad. The KVKK Art. 9 mechanism (adequacy, standard clauses or explicit consent) requires counsel approval.
4. The platform is not the seller
China Desk TR is not the seller, importer, customs broker or financier of the machine. Price, stock, delivery and documents belong to the manufacturer. On-demand logistics or inspection depend on a separate contract.
5. Closing the account
A buyer may open an erasure request from the panel after password confirmation. The request is not immediate deletion. Details are in the account-erasure guide.
