Prohibited Content and Complaints
Complaints go through the support form or info@chinadesktr.com. The same channels are used for an urgent security incident.
1. Prohibitions
A fake manufacturer identity, a misleading document, using another party’s brand or photo without permission, malware, unauthorised access, trying to exceed rate limits and unsolicited commercial messages are prohibited.
- Misleading price or non-existent stock
- Fraud or a breach of the no-payment-redirection rule
- Insult, threat or harassment
2. Complaint and outcome
The operator reviews the complaint and may suspend or remove a listing or restrict an account. That is not a court order or an official certification. For an intellectual-property complaint, give a concrete URL and the basis of the right where possible.
