Membership alone does not oblige performance of inspection, logistics, customs or financing. Scope, fee and responsibility are agreed separately.
Counsel approval required: governing law and venue are drafted as the courts of Türkiye; binding effect on Chinese parties is subject to legal counsel.

If manufacturer research, factory or machine inspection, logistics coordination, coordination with a customs specialist, document research, investment-incentive or financing referral is requested, a work order or separate contract is written. A platform listing is not performance of that work.
2. Licensed work
China Desk TR is not a customs broker, a conformity-assessment body or a finance house. Work that legally requires a licence is carried out by authorised third parties. China Desk TR does not decide on behalf of a public authority.
3. No outcome warranty
A referral is not an incentive certificate, a loan, leasing, CE or an import approval. A time-limited inspection is not a warranty that every hidden defect was found.
