Account Erasure and Personal-Data Request Guide
This guide explains how to exercise the rights in the KVKK notice. It is not a substitute for that notice.
1. How to apply

Use the “KVKK / Privacy” category on the support form or write to info@chinadesktr.com. A buyer or manufacturer may also open an erasure request from the panel after password confirmation. An administrator account cannot be deleted from that form.
2. Time and identity
Under the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller, applications are as a rule concluded within thirty days. Identity confirmation may be required. A request is not immediate automatic deletion.
3. What happens after approval
When erasure is approved the user row is not deleted; identity fields are anonymised, sessions and identity links are removed, and listings are archived. Message bodies are not rewritten. Analytics events are not deleted this way because they are not mapped to a user id.
Live automatic backup is not installed yet. If it is installed, historical encrypted backups are not rewritten by an erasure; they drop when retention expires.
