Listing Publication Rules
Only CN manufacturer/supplier accounts may prepare listings. TR buyers and individual sellers cannot publish listings.
1. Required accuracy
Brand, model, main specifications, new or used status, price and currency must be accurate. A machine that does not exist, or a copied listing, is prohibited.
2. Price, delivery and costs
What the price covers (EXW, FOB or another term) must be stated. If tax, customs, freight and insurance are for the buyer, that must be said. China Desk TR does not collect or guarantee those items.
3. CE and documents
If a CE mark, declaration of conformity or other document is uploaded, it must belong to that machine. Uploading a document does not make China Desk TR a conformity-assessment body.
4. Review
Passing pre-publication review does not mean the machine may be imported into Türkiye or is fit for the buyer’s purpose.
